If you have logged into the system before, your username will most likely be (all lower case) your  firstname.lastname (example: Cassie Jarrad would have the username cassie.jarrad)

If you are on Worker's Compensation, Short Term or Long Term Disability, you will require approval from your case worker to attend courses or events with AUPE.
